Hi there, my name’s Bev. I’ve always thought I simply had a problem keeping my weight under control, but now I’ve been stunned to find out that I’m carrying too much visceral fat. You know, the dangerous fat that surrounds your vital organs and causes heart attacks, diabetes etc. Scary stuff right? I’ve found something that works
<< Not all fat is the same - learn how to diet away your visceral fat. >>
So what is this method that deals with the really bad fat: stuff that causes heart attacks, diabetes and other serious conditions?
Bad fat, fat that I had to do something about. I’ve written my story here to show you a solution to your problems. How I managed to ignore the new fad diet and start the journey to a newer, healthier, THINNNER me.

Typically visceral fat is stored around your mid-section – that’s why it’s also known as central obesity….And while it’s a problem for men all their lives, it really hits women as we reach a ‘certain age’, if you catch my drift.
It was only when I was (once again) looking for my miracle diet cure that I stumbled over visceral fat and central obesity and how it’s different from ‘normal’ fat that’s stored under the skin and in between muscles, putting your major organs under A WHOLE LOT of stress.
I discovered that it clogs up the space in your abdomen around vital organs like your stomach, your liver, your intestines and kidneys – even your heart!!!!!!!
And while ‘normal’ or subcutaneous fat is not thought to be related to many of the classic obesity-style diseases, such as heart disease, cancer, and stroke, there’s a strong link between central obesity and these problems.
It affects both men and women. The typical pattern of body fat distribution for a woman is around the hips, thighs, and buttocks, is subcutaneous fat, and therefore poses less of a health risk compared to VISCERAL FAT.
As women get older and go through menopause, fat migrates to our waists; later fat is stored in the belly.
Men have it bad too – they store excess fat in the abdomen rather than on the hips and thighs because of the male hormone testosterone that predisposes men to stock up extra fat around their abdomen rather than in other areas of the body.
Your genes, stress in your life, and of course eating the wrong things and lack of exercise can all lead to a build-up of visceral fat.
If you’re like me you too have been fat and slim and all the different stages in between.
I’ve yo-yo dieted for many years. I’ve tried so many diets, and I’ve never had any long term successes.
I’ve been to slimming clubs, tried shakes as meal replacements…the list just goes on and on:
- the Atkins Diet,
- juicing diet,
- cabbage soup diet,
- South Beach Diet,
- Blood Type Diet,
- Dukan Diet,
- F Plan diet,
- GI diet,
- Mayo Clinic diet
and most recently the intermittent fasting diet.
Yes, they all started out well and I usually lost a few pounds in the first few weeks. But then the regime became too limiting or too difficult to fit into my normal life. I stopped and went back to normal and guess what? I piled it all back on and more. No surprises I guess, and probably what you find too, yes?
And lately I’ve found it harder than ever to shift the weight, especially as it seems to have gathered around my abdomen.
I eat healthily, I exercise. If it’s really that simple, why aren’t we all walking round with slim, toned, healthy bodies? But in real life it’s more complicated than that. We’ve all got busy lives coping with home life, work and families so we need something that will bring results and not be another big chore to cope with.
I want to be able to wear whatever clothes I choose, keep up with my children, feel more attractive and healthier. I will no longer worry about dieting or losing weight as this system has taken care of all my dieting problems once and for all and is replacing them with dieting successes.
When I was younger I’d spend weeks on end eating nothing more than toast just to get myself slim and trim. And I’d work out for hours on end – you name it, gym classes, videos (when there were still videos not DVDs!), even running the streets with friends (sometimes stopping off for a chocolate snack on the way…)
I’ve been fit and trim – as low as a hundred and thirty pounds. I’ve blown up again – at times to over two hundred pounds. And as I get older it’s harder all the time to take any weight off.
I still desperately needed help to slim down. And now I’ve found it.
So what this straightforward solution offers is:-
- a lifelong solution
- where you don’t have to starve yourself,
- where you don’t have to eat odd foods
- and where you don’t need to exercise for hours each day
And if you want to feel:-

..whilst eating normal foods in a way that is going to burn fat and help you to start losing weight easily, safely and quickly.
